Project Goal: To visually and emotionally set the tone for Fount Church’s Easter series by creating a title sequence that bridges biblical narrative with modern expression—evoking awe, reflection, and worship. The aim was to highlight the finality of Christ’s work and the endless beginning it offers, turning theology into visual poetry that resonates with the church and its community.
About the Project
“Finished” is a cinematic title sequence crafted for Fount Church’s 2025 Easter series, exploring the eternal arc of God’s redemptive story. Serving as both a visual prologue and epilogue, the piece captures the paradox of the cross—where death is not the end but the doorway to new life. Through textured visuals and poetic rhythm, the film speaks to the divine mystery that in Christ, what appears finished is only just beginning. Drawing from the rich tapestry of the Old Testament and culminating in the crucifixion and resurrection, “Finished” invites the viewer into the fulfilled promise of Jesus—the Lamb, the veil-torn Savior, the one through whom every shadow finds its substance. It is not simply the close of a chapter, but the opening shot of an eternal story still unfolding.
